At MakeUp in Los Angeles on February 28, Fusion Packaging’s co-CEO Derek Harvey announced that they have made their first acquisition, purchasing Architectural Beauty, a private label cosmetics and skincare development company located in Paramus, NJ.

Harvey said that Architectural’s formula innovation will enable Fusion to become more vertical with packaging and product in further developing their full turnkey division.

The goal, he said: “Concept to commercial in six months.” Stay tuned to Beauty Packaging for additional details. Dallas-based FusionPKG's Turnkey division will now be known as Fusion PKG Beauty Lab.
